ELEVATE: The Rising, Foundations of Kundalini Yoga

Curious about Kundalini yoga but not sure where to start? This 6-week beginner-friendly series is the perfect introduction to the powerful practice known as the “yoga of awareness.” Each class will gently guide you through foundational kriyas (yoga sets), breathwork (pranayama), mantra, and meditation—tools designed to awaken energy, calm the nervous system, and connect you to your inner wisdom.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or even sure what Kundalini is—just come with an open heart and a willingness to move some energy.
